Terms & Conditions


In these terms and conditions:

“Account” means the personalised account created by the Customer on the Website enabling the Order of Goods.

“Agreement” means these terms and conditions, including the terms of any Order placed by the Customer through the Website (if applicable).

“Business days” means business days in Perth, Australia.

“AnArtery” means Morven Adele Alston ABN 18 141 579 352 trading as AnArtery.

“Customer” means any person or persons who wish to or have used the Website to place an Order.

“Goods” means any products described in an Order and includes packaging.

“Intellectual Property” means all rights in copyright, trade names, images (including photographs, artwork, and photographs of artwork).

“Order” means a request submitted by the Customer to purchase Goods from Morven Adele Alston through the Website.

“Website” means the internet site located at operated by Morven Adele Alston.

General Information

The Customer must ensure that the Customer enters the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to AnArtery as undeliverable may incur a re-dispatch fee and will be sent back out as regular mail. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

When paying for an order, PayPal may request that a physical delivery address is entered. PayPal and AnArtery may reject orders to non-physical addresses and PO Boxes at their own discretion. Transaction reverse fees are payable by the Customer.

The Customer’s Goods will be delivered during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the Goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing the Customer of how to collect the Customer’s parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by the delivery service for their maximum hold time. Should the Customer not respond to a calling card and the parcel is returned to AnArtery as unclaimed, further freight charges may be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Once the Goods have arrived in AnArtery’s warehouse, it may take up to another 3 days for processing and dispatch. Once the Order has been shipped, the Customer will receive an email confirmation.

Depending on the nature of the Goods ordered, AnArtery will arrange for delivery of the Goods by Australia Post. AnArtery will use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to the Customer’s nominated delivery address within the time period specified in the next paragraph; however AnArtery will not be liable to the Customer or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay.

AnArtery endeavours to process all orders within the next business day however please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

For deliveries within Australia, the Customer should allow for standard Australia Post delivery times. The estimated delivery date depends on where the Customer lives, and is calculated from the time the Customer receives the ‘Order Completed’ email and not from the time the Order was placed. The times provided at the time of checkout are estimates only, and are based on information provided by Australia Post.

The Customer should allow for a further 3 business days (in addition to the estimates provided at the time of checkout) for delivery to remote areas as an estimate only.

Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays. Please note that that there are limitations on Australia Post and some remote delivery addresses will not be serviced door-to-door. In these cases, Australia Post will deliver to a local depot or Australia Post office and the customer will be contacted to collect from there. Some remote locations such as islands can only be accessed by boat therefore normal shipping times do not apply.

The delivery dates are estimates only. AnArtery will do all that it can to ensure delivery within the estimated dates, but factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times may not allow this to always be possible. Please note that while Australia Post provides a reliable service, delivery delays can occur for a variety of reasons. If you are experiencing a longer than usual delay, please first enquire about your missing package at your local post office.

If the Customer’s Order cannot be dispatched within 3 business days of the Order being placed, the Customer has the opportunity to cancel the Order or modify the Order (in the event of lack of availability of particular Goods). To do so please contact AnArtery on +61 8 9304 0984 or

AnArtery reserves the right not to accept an Order, or having accepted an Order, to cancel an Order if it cannot supply the Goods the subject of the Order.

AnArtery cannot investigate dispatched missing orders until 10 business days after the customer has received the ‘Order Completed’ email, as per Australia Post guidelines. If your package has still not arrived at this time please contact us on +61 8 9304 0984. Any damaged or lost orders are subject to an investigation carried out by Australia Post. This investigation can take up to 10 business days and we must allow Australia Post to complete their investigation before we can take any further action in to the location of the parcel. requires signature upon delivery. Customers not in attendance when an order is delivered may find their parcel left at the residence in a safe spot or will receive a card with information on collection of the order. Australia Post does not redeliver items which have been transferred to a local post office for collection.

Special instructions can be left for delivery of your order during checkout, AnArtery takes no responsibility in the case that these instructions are not followed.

If the Customer leaves specific shipping instructions for a parcel to be left at a property then the parcel is left at the customers own risk. AnArtery accepts no responsibility or damage or loss of parcels that have been left as per the shipping instructions.

Subject to the terms of any Order, if AnArtery can not supply all items, you will be contacted and the rest of the order will be shipped.

Where size exceeds packaging restrictions the order may be sent in multiple parcels with multiple tracking numbers. Due to this the complete order may not arrive at the same time.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm WST (weekdays) same day. If your order is placed after 2pm WST, it will be dispatched the following working day.

AnArtery utilises Australia Post as our delivery service provider. The delivery times provided by us are estimates only and delays may sometimes occur beyond the control of AnArtery. We take no responsibility for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries by Australia Post, or any third party delivery services.

Please provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order, which may result in dispatch and delivery delays.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for an incorrectly entered delivery address.

Please note that you can track your order for an Estimated Time of Arrival from Australia Post website

AnArtery will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all Orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damaged Goods or missing Orders.

Subject to payment, property and risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Goods to the Customer’s nominated delivery address. Anyone at the Customer’s nominated delivery address who receives the Goods shall be presumed by AnArtery to be authorised to receive the Goods.


We are happy to exchange your Goods. All we ask is that any Goods you are exchanging are in original condition; any packaging intact, and your proof of purchase is included.

In order to exchange Goods bought online through our online store, you will need to follow an exchange process:

  1. Place an order for your new Goods straight away to avoid missing out!
  2. Send the Goods that you are exchanging back to us.

Exchange Process

Please follow these simple steps to send your Goods back to us:

  1. Locate the ‘Completed Order’ confirmation that we emailed to you and forward it through to with an explanation as to why you wish to exchange the Goods.
  2. Print out the forwarded email, including your explanation.
  3. Pack your Goods in their original condition, with original packaging, together with the printed document into a protected parcel (to avoid damage during transit).
  4. Email us to obtain our postal address:
  5. Send the Goods, packaging and printed document in the protected parcel to the address we provide to you.

Once we receive your Goods, we will assess the Goods to ensure that they meet our exchange criteria. Once the assessment is completed and the exchange criteria satisfied, we will issue a refund on the payment PayPal account used to purchase the Goods.

We will stay in touch throughout the process. AnArtery respects consumer rights under the ACL and processes all claims in accordance with legislative requirements.

Returns and Refunds

AnArtery does not offer refunds for returned Goods, only exchanges as outlined above.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

In the unlikely event that we send you the incorrect Goods, or the Goods are damaged, we want to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and with minimal inconvenience to you.

An application to exchange damaged or incorrect Goods must be received by AnArtery within 14 days of purchase, and Goods will be exchanged at our discretion. If you apply to exchange Goods after 14 days of purchase, the Goods will need to be assessed according to our exchange criteria.

All artwork is shipped from AnArtery’s warehouse in pristine condition. As explained under the General Information heading, damaged deliveries will first be investigated by Australia Post to establish the root cause of damage. Australia Post’s investigation may delay the exchange turnaround time.

AnArtery will keep Customers informed upon each update, and will aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and with minimal inconvenience to the Customer.
